Crisis Care Response Team

Crisis Care Response Team (CCRT) volunteers come alongside unconnected members and attenders that are experiencing a crisis. Whether it’s a happy time such as the birth of a child or a grievous time of sudden injury or illness, we offer short-term care in the areas of providing meals, errands, transportation, notes of encouragement and homebound or hospital visits. Let us bring you a ray of sunshine, when your feet are tired and your hands are full!

When should you contact CCRT?

When a need arises and:
a) You are a member or attender of Crossroads Fellowship
b) You are not currently involved in a small group or ministry team or the need is greater than your small group or ministry team can support
c) It involves you or a member of your immediate household
d) It is primarily physical and less than two weeks in nature

What can CCRT provide for you?

    * Meals
    * Hospital or Homebound Visit
    * Errands
    * Transportation to and from a doctor appointment
    * Notes of encouragement

Want to get involved?

If you have a desire to serve, but have limited time, CCRT may be just the place where you can bless and be blessed! If you can offer a meal and a smile or a gallon of gas and an hour of your time a few times a year, we would like to include you in our list of available CCRT Caregivers.

If you are interested in volunteering as a CCRT caregiver, please complete these two forms and return as indicated:
